💰 Fee Refund Policy (As per CBSE Guidelines)
- All fees once paid shall be refunded only as per the rules and timeline set by the school in accordance with CBSE norms.
- If a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, admission and registration fees shall not be refunded.
- If withdrawal is made within 30 days from the start of the session, only tuition fees for the remaining months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Once a student attends even one month of classes, the term fees become non-refundable.
- All requests for refund must be made in writing to the Principal along with valid documents and fee receipts.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
- No refund shall be granted for transport, uniforms, books, or extracurricular charges once utilized.
