💰 Fee Refund Policy (As per CBSE Guidelines)
All fees once paid shall be refunded only as per the rules and timeline set by the school in accordance with CBSE norms.
If a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, admission and registration fees shall not be refunded.
If withdrawal is made within 30 days from the start of the session, only tuition fees for the remaining months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Once a student attends even one month of classes, the term fees become non-refundable.
All requests for refund must be made in writing to the Principal along with valid documents and fee receipts.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days of approval.
No refund shall be granted for transport, uniforms, books, or extracurricular charges once utilized.
